These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and YoDoggo Pte. Ltd (“YoDoggo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We make our website (“Website”) available in order to provide you with information about our company, products and services, and also so that you can order our products. Your use of the Website, our products, nutritional recommendations, access to a collection of information, blogs and communication tools, our delivery service (collectively, the “Services”), are subject to these Terms.
BY USING THIS SITE AND OUR SERVICES, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND WILL BE DEEMED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
The Site is wholly-owned and maintained by YoDoggo. YoDoggo reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue the whole or any portion of the Site or Services at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or the entire Site or Services without notice or liability.
By using our Website and Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. Our Services are intended for offer in Singapore only. Any users outside of this jurisdiction should not sign up to the Website or order any products. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Website or any of our Services.
YoDoggo hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Site, and access and use the Services available via the Site, subject to the terms set out in these Terms of Use.
This license does not allow you to reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, translate, publish, display, communicate, transmit, broadcast, distribute, sell, trade, exploit or use for any commercial or other purposes, of the Site, Services, and Content (including images, text, page layout, blogs, pricing, data, listing, information, calculations and all content that is available on the Site or Services) without the prior written consent of YoDoggo. You may not reproduce, display or otherwise provide access to the Site, Services or Content through framing, mirroring, linking, spidering, scraping, or any other technological means, without express written consent of YoDoggo.
The Site and all Content are the copyrighted work of YoDoggo or our content or software providers, and we reserve and retain all rights in the Site and Content.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App or any Content, except under the specific circumstances expressly permitted by law or YoDoggo in writing.
You may not hack into, interfere with, disrupt, disable, overburden or otherwise impair the proper working of the Site, Services, or our servers, which shall include but is not limited to denial-of-service attacks, spoof attacks, session hacking, sniffing, tampering, spamming, reverse engineering or reprogramming.
To purchase any products from us and for us to create a meal plan for your dog, we require you to register with us. Registering with us creates a user account (“Account”) for you and your dog(s).You must ensure that the details you provide us are accurate and complete. You must promptly inform us of any changes to the information that you provided us with. This includes your payment details, as if we are unable to take payment from your card then we will be unable to process your order. You are responsible for all purchases made through your YoDoggo Account. Therefore, it is your responsibility to choose a secure password and keep this safe. Your responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account includes, among other things: not sharing your password, not letting anyone else access your Account, and not taking other actions that might jeopardize the security of your Account. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your Account login details, you must promptly notify us. Accounts are non-transferrable and you cannot assign, transfer, trade or sell your Account with us to any other party. To register with us, you must be at least 18 years of age. You agree not to impersonate any other person and not to conduct yourself in an offensive, illegal, immoral or offensive manner whilst using our Website. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to disable your Account at any time if you violate these Terms.
By giving us your email address and/or phone number you consent to receiving electronic communication directly from us. This communication can be directly related to your purchase or direct marketing from us. All information, disclosures, notices and agreements we communicate to you via email or via the website are considered in writing.
Our website is solely for the promotion of our products in Singapore. Currently, we do not accept orders for delivery outside of Singapore. When you make your first purchase of a meal subscription with us, you will automatically be subscribed to a regular order of meals from YoDoggo and this will continue until canceled. Our subscription plan consists of an initial charge followed by recurring periodic charges. You acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Payment for all products must be by credit or debit card. We will not charge your credit or debit card for a recurring delivery until after the cancellation deadline for said delivery. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery. When we customize a certain type of meal plan for your pet, this is based on specific profile information specified by you that may be subject to changes over time. You must keep us informed in order for us to make changes to the meal plan when required.If you cancel your YoDoggo meal plan and reactivate at a different time, the subscription price may differ.
YoDoggo aims to provide you with accurate and up-to-date pricing, product, and promotional information. Despite our best efforts, errors may sometimes occur and we do not guarantee that the pricing, images, or other product or promotional information provided will be accurate, reliable, current, error-free, updated, or complete. You agree that YoDoggo shall not be liable for any errors in the pricing and product or promotional information listed on our Site or through our Services. The price to be paid by you shall be based on our prevailing selling price at the time we receive your order, which may or may not be correctly reflected on the Site through our Services. If a product offered by YoDoggo is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. If the actual price of any item ordered by you is higher than that reflected on the Site or through our Services, we will inform you and you will be given an option to confirm or cancel your purchase of such item based on the correct price. By confirming your purchase, you authorize us to charge the additional amounts to you. If you elect to cancel the purchase, we will reverse or refund payment for such item in accordance with our prevailing refund policy at such time. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as canceled.
YoDoggo reserves the right to change the price of your subscription at any time. If we are required to change the price of your recurring charges, we will inform you and you will be given an option to confirm or cancel your purchase of such item based on the revised price. By confirming your purchase, you authorize us to charge the additional amounts to you. If you elect to cancel the purchase, we will reverse or refund payment for such item in accordance with our prevailing refund policy at such time. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as canceled.
Payment for all orders shall be made in Singapore dollars. We accept payment for orders by MasterCard, Visa, and American Express only. Kindly note that our payment gateway, Stripe currently accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express cards, and the credit/debit cards and payment methods accepted by Stripe are subject to change. YoDoggo only accepts online payments on the Site.
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only and the packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our Website. All products available on the Website are for personal use only. You may not resell any of the products that you purchase or receive from us. When creating a box of meals for delivery, we may vary the number of packs of each recipe you have chosen. All of our products are freshly made and the exact weight of each individual item may vary slightly. The nutrient contents of natural foods can vary, as our products are made from natural ingredients, the nutrient content numbers of our foods should be used as approximations only, unless directly specified. If your dog has a medical condition, requires a specific diet, or you are unsure whether they will do well on our food, please consult a vet for advice before making the switch.
We reserve the right not to deliver to all locations and upon receiving your delivery details we will inform you if we cannot deliver to your selected address. Deliveries run on a regular schedule. We require at least 72 hours notice if you need to change your delivery location. We advise against leaving your delivery on your doorstep, and will not be liable for any products which are damaged after they have been delivered.
We ask that you please check your order upon delivery.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges of goods once billed. If you’re not completely happy with your orders because the delivered product(s) was incorrect or damaged. Let us know within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at woof@yodoggo.com . YoDoggo, at its sole discretion, will offer a replacement or exchange of the damaged or incorrect product(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, collection, and/or return of the incorrect product(s). We ask that all returned or exchanged product(s) are not used and in the original packaging. YoDoggo reserves the right, but has no obligation to inspect the returned product(s) and to determine whether the product(s) was rightfully returned in accordance with this paragraph. Where YoDoggo exercises its right to inspect the product(s), YoDoggo’s decision in respect of such returned product(s) shall be deemed final and binding on you.
You can pause or cancel your subscription by emailing woof@yodoggo.com . This must be done before the cancellation deadline of your said delivery, otherwise the upcoming delivery will still be charged and delivered. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscription orders at our sole discretion. If we do this, you will only be charged for orders that have been delivered to you.
All Website and promotional content is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary rights that are owned by us or by third parties that have licensed their use to us. You may view and use the content only for your personal information and for using the Website, and for no other purpose, including but not limited to, any commercial purpose, and you shall retain intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any use of the content, except as specifically permitted in these Terms or as otherwise expressly permitted in writing signed by us, is strictly prohibited. Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.
You acknowledge that your use of this site and its content is at your own risk. You acknowledge that the feeding guides and meal plan recommendation provided by YoDoggo is intended as a guide only. It is your responsibility as a pet owner to monitor your pet’s weight and condition, and to let us know of any changes in weight or condition as these may impact your plan.We do not offer medical advice. If you have any concerns about your pet please consult your vet. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or any part of our Services without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our Services are unavailable at any time or for any period. In no case shall YoDoggo, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YoDoggo, its vendors and their affiliates and related entities, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs), arising out of or relating to Your breach of these Terms, Your access to or use of the Website or the Services, or Your violation of any third-party right. You hereby release YoDoggo from any and all claims or liability related to any product or service of YoDoggo and any conduct, action, or inaction by YoDoggo.
We may occasionally update these Terms. When we do update these Terms, we will also revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. If we make changes to these Terms that, in our discretion, we consider significant, we will post the updated Terms on the Website and we may also send emails to our subscribers containing a link to the revised Terms. If You continue to use the Website or the Service after we post an update to these Terms, You indicate Your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, who will have exclusive jurisdiction.
