After cooking, we use advanced freeze-drying technology to remove moisture at sub-zero temperatures.
This keeps the natural structure, aroma, and nutrient profile of the food. Almost the same as fresh food.
Freeze-drying is different from dehydration. Dehydration uses warm air that can damage proteins and lower vitamin quality. In contrast, freeze-drying does not use high heat or added preservatives. This method retains maximum nutrients and flavours while naturally extending shelf life. The result is a lightweight, shelf-stable meal that’s easy to store – no fridge or freezer. Serving the food
